Flexible Partnership Models for Property Owners and Site Hosts
Volt Charge offers three commercial models tailored to the characteristics of each site, the level of charging demand, and the preferences of the site host. All models are designed to minimise risk and cost for the partner while delivering reliable, high-quality EV charging infrastructure.
Revenue Share Model
Volt Charge funds the full cost of infrastructure installation and shares ongoing charging revenue with the site host. This model is ideal for high-traffic sites with strong projected utilisation, such as shopping centres, retail precincts, and major transport hubs. The site host receives a recurring income stream with zero capital outlay.
Lease Model
Volt Charge enters into a lease arrangement for one or more parking spaces, paying the site owner a fixed lease fee. Volt Charge then installs and operates charging infrastructure at its own cost and risk. This model provides the site owner with a predictable, passive income stream regardless of charger utilisation levels.
Fully Funded Infrastructure Model
For qualifying sites with demonstrated charging demand, Volt Charge installs and operates the infrastructure at no cost to the site owner. The site host provides access to space and power, and Volt Charge manages all capital, operational, and maintenance obligations. Applicable to councils, government-owned facilities, and anchor commercial sites.
